The journey for writers

Talent needs professional development.

Professional development encourages quality work suitable for live and media publication.

Live literature events and publications need marketing and sponsorship. Successful marketing develops the audience. Talent and quality of work secure audience loyalty.

Publicity, audience development and 'getting out there' lead to community and education interaction, where writers can share their skills and encourage all kinds of expression through language.

Community and education projects contribute to economic regeneration, encouraging personal and community economic development, cultural renaissance and resurgence. A growing audience and professional payment for professional work creates economic development for writers and poets. The growth of a professional cadre will encourage more talent to take the road in quest of personal, professional and economic fulfilment.

The journey for readers & lovers of literature

Potential readers, current readers and present and future lovers of literature respond to quality work.

They are attracted to events and publications by quality work through marketing - all of which requires sponsorship/funding.

That marketing and promotion activity and the events themselves in turn develop the audience.

Audience development leads to reader development. At the same time specific reader development actions can be conducted through community and education interaction projects.

Improved reading abilities create improved individual economic prospects and more established readers.
