Come and join us in the beautiful surroundings of a country house on the edge of Rustington in East Sussex. From Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime you will renew yourself with a relaxing weekend of yoga and creative writing led by experienced tutors. A treat for mind and body.
The weekend will suit beginners and experienced alike and there will be time to explore the grounds and surrounding area and indulge yourself with delicious home cooked meals and optional extra massage.
We are limiting numbers to 10 for a friendly and sociable atmosphere. Book early to reserve a place.
The cost is £230 per person based on sharing a twin room. This includes all tuition and meals (Friday evening, Sat/Sun breakfast, Sat/Sun lunch and Sat evening) soft drinks and snacks. There are double rooms also available and a room on the ground floor that is accessible. Most rooms are ensuite and you can look at the house by clicking here.

Amanda Zaninetti is a fully qualified British Wheel of yoga teacher, exercise teacher and holistic massage therapist with over 20 years experience. Her classes are taught with consideration for the uniqueness of each student and with an emphasis on movements of the spine, breathing and relaxation.
Maria Jastrzebska is a poet, editor, translator and creative writing tutor who is published in the U.K and abroad, with recent collections including Syrena (Redbeck Press). She creates a friendly, encouraging atmosphere in her workshops which are dynamic and stretching at the same time.
Rustington benefits from good transport links, with Angmering train station just over a mile away, providing regular links into London Waterloo via Clapham Junction and London Victoria in 1 hour and 30 minutes. The A27 is just over 4 miles away and provides links to the rest of the south coast and the North. For frequent international travellers, Gatwick airport is just over 35 miles away and less than an hour's drive. Brighton is less than an hour’s drive away.
